• We use Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, to process payments for our courses.
• When you make a payment, you enter your card, UPI, or bank details directly into Razorpay's own secure checkout. This information is subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Geervanee Educational Services LLP does not collect or store your payment card, UPI, or bank details itself.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment in any of our courses.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees, and payments must be made in this currency.
• By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's own terms and conditions in addition to this policy.

No Refund Policy

• All course enrollments are final. We do not offer refunds for any courses once the payment is made.
• This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for seeking a refund, including but not limited to non-usage of the purchased course, dissatisfaction, or any changes in personal circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In extraordinary cases, we may consider issuing a refund or a partial refund. Such cases are rare and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you are required to submit a detailed written request via email explaining the circumstances. The decision to grant a refund under such circumstances is at the sole discretion of Geervanee Educational Services LLP.
